Senior Project Manager - Flocean

As a Senior Project Manager you will steer large and complex subsea desalination infrastructure projects from start to finish aligned with the stakeholder goals and the project execution procedures in the company.

You will be responsible for contract execution, negotiating, and handling contractual issues with clients.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience from multi-discipline infrastructure projects and contract execution, preferably from water treatment, renewables, navy and/or marine projects, with good understanding of EPC/EP contracts

• High work capacity, with the ability to handle many different tasks and issues simultaneously, must enjoy being “hands-on”

• High execution capability

• MSc/BSc degree within engineering and/or business administration

• Good commercial mindset and understanding of project control principles

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 in a comparable managerial role

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent and thorough multidisciplinary understanding

• Willingness for international travel

• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language, both spoken and written
